As Platform Technology Manager – SIAM, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle of our ServiceNow platform. You’ll guide a talented team across Brisbane and Sydney, ensuring our service management capabilities are robust, scalable, and aligned to business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic roadmap and governance of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise-wide service integration.
- Oversee platform architecture, compliance, and lifecycle management to ensure scalability and security.
- Drive adoption of new ServiceNow features and continuous improvement across ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform strategy with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and platform-related risks and issues.
- Mentor and develop team members to build deep ServiceNow expertise and capability.
What You’ll Bring
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator credentials and experience leading platform strategy.
- Strong Program Management experience to oversee and lead SIAM initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver outcomes in large-scale IT environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Experience in platform governance, risk management, and vendor oversight.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving customer-focused outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
