Product Design Specialist

We’re looking for a Motor Product & Strategy Specialist to contribute to the design and delivery of new motor insurance products. This 12-month contract role offers the chance to work across diverse teams and influence the future of our motor portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Design and document new motor insurance products aligned to our strategic roadmap
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to brief in product requirements and ensure products meet customer and business needs
• Use customer research and testing to validate product concepts and structure
• Communicate product design rationale across desirability, viability, and feasibility dimensions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Portfolio, Pricing, Distribution, Claims, Digital and Technology
• Support the delivery of product initiatives from concept through to implementation

What You’ll Bring

• Motor Insurance experience mandatory
• 5+ years’ experience in product design or development, ideally within insurance or financial services
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
• Experience in program delivery and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to take product opportunities from idea to launch with a customer-first mindset
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Innovation or similar (preferred)
