About the Role:
As State Distribution Manager, you’ll lead broker engagement across NSW/ACT for our Vero and GIO Workers Compensation and CTP brands. You’ll design and deliver strategic communications, events, and training that elevate our market presence and support business growth. This is a leadership role with direct influence on customer advocacy, retention, and brand reputation.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement broker engagement strategies aligned with Commercial & Intermediated Distribution goals
- Partner with Brand & Marketing to deliver seamless communications and events across state and national teams
- Represent Suncorp at conferences, webinars, and PD days, creating and presenting impactful content
- Support budget forecasting and allocation for events and marketing initiatives
- Lead and coach a diverse team, fostering inclusion, wellbeing, and performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance broker experience and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in Commercial & Intermediated markets and strategic business development
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Financial literacy and experience managing budgets and forecasting
- Ability to lead through change, manage multiple priorities, and drive innovation
- Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies
- Leadership experience.
