This role is responsible for the management and execution of a consistent brand platform across the Terri Scheer and Apia brands, that realises Insurance Business P&L objectives through the effective orchestration of marketing activity (includes retention) across paid, owned and earned channels, with a strong focus on digital, contact centre and claims performance.
