About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best – help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank’s products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at Surrey Hills. The role is full-time, permanent. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
