As the Sales Enablement Lead, you will join a dedicated team with a refreshed vision and purpose – to generate opportunities for our Business and Agribusiness (B&A) Bankers nationwide. Our team is where the rubber hits the road, where strategy becomes action. We make sure our Bankers are in the right place to engage with the right audience, at the right time.
You will work across a range of internal and external stakeholders to brings these campaigns, events and moments to life, and ensure our Bankers have the right tools, assets and information needed to attract and effectively engage with current and prospective customers.
In this role you will get to:
- Make an impact on delivering positive outcomes in sales effectiveness for our Bankers
- Contribute to the alignment of the sales enablement strategy with both the B&A growth strategy, and enterprise-wide 3-year strategic plan
- Lift the profile of Bendigo Bank in the communities they serve by delivering engaging, scalable and repeatable, dynamic and interactive events
- Design the tactical day to day elements of our programs, create content and assets, then deliver and refine based on learnings and success measures
- Leverage key partnerships to create impactful moments that our customers will remember
This is a full-time position, which can be based in Adelaide or Melbourne and will require regular travel. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid WFH model of a minimum of 60% of time in Office.
What you’ll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Solid background in B2B marketing with experience in lifting the performance of a fast moving, specialised customer channel
- Commercial acumen, you can convert strategy and data into tangible, creative real-world actions and experiences that will help lift business performance
- Sound decision making skills, demonstrated by your ability to understand your audience and what activities drive targeted results and outcomes
- Solid project management experience with outstanding organisational and planning skills
- You are ambitious, outcome orientated, someone driven who thrives when surrounded by people who challenge you to think outside of the box
We would also love you to have:
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management
- Exposure to banking industry would be nice but it’s not essential, experience can be industry agnostic
