About the opportunity
Reporting to the Service Owner, Treasury and Balance Sheet, you will work across service boundaries providing guidance and connecting multiple development squads within the Shared Services technology practice. Be responsible for designing and delivering solutions that may intersect with other Practices.
Designing and delivering solutions, leading and mentoring across multiple developer squads, guiding teams as they scale up for transformation delivery. Taking ownership of the technical direction, working with architects on end-to-end design, tooling and patterns; working with product owners and business analysts to deliver features; and providing technical leadership for developers across squads.

- Drive development in and mature secure, continuous delivery pipelines (DevOps, CI/CCPSD environment).

- Work through a task, initiative, or project to ensure completion and to achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement of business process and systems that will improve efficiency, customer experience and profitability.
What you’ll bring to the role
You will have experience maintaining end-to-end technical lead of the Treasury technology ecosystem, covering core platforms, integrations, and support tools.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Hands-on technical development, implementation and support a hybrid environment comprising legacy systems and modern applications on Cloud or On-premises.
- Experience providing expert technical guidance in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Treasury systems.
- The ability to oversee day-to-day technical operations, incident response, and root cause analysis for production issues.
- A proven track record on leading with hands-on experience in software engineering and/or application support roles, including in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
- Solid exposure to Cloud and DevOps preferably AWS, Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience in leading a small team of engineers responsible for both application support and delivery on High Value Asset applications.
