About the role
As our Support Officer (Documentation) you will report to the Team Manager and will bring your seasoned administration skills to support with the preparation of legal security documentation including contracts and mortgages, the preparation of Guarantor Disclosure Information and Packages and providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
For this role, knowledge of property title requirements for all Australian jurisdictions is an advantage. Furthermore, your previous experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles and other forms of property legislation, stamp duty legislation and practices will be highly desirable. Lastly experience in a loan processing centre, security documentation or conveyancer functions or similar field is preferred.

- Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice is desirable.
- General understanding of loan securities.
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to prioritise, monitor and organise workflows
We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of 3 days in a local Head Office p/week.
This role is a full time, 12-month fixed contract, ideally based in Adelaide, however, also happy with applicants from any of our Head Office locations.
