Money Market Invest under the Business Customer banner provide specialised services to the Bank’s network in the areas of a private bank-like service and value proposition for high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities with funds over $500K and negotiated interest rate quotes for $2M+ term deposits for the retail, rural and business banking network.

As a High Net Worth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-net-worth portfolios of commercial customers, focusing on understanding customer needs, and providing relevant solutions. You will be responsible for displaying thorough product knowledge to build new and existing relationships to meet the agreed sales targets.

 

As a High Net Worth Specialist, you will make an impact by:

  • Assisting in the overall Portfolio Growth aim by attaining individual company targets that support the overall Bank's strategy.
  • Support the daily operations and completing assigned tasks on time.
  • Coordinate with wide range of stakeholders to confirm and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Accurately prepare client documentation and execution of adviser and client requests
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business drivers and their investment needs.
  • Support Retail Network $500k+ within the Service level Agreement.
  • Monitor cash flows and ensure adequate funding for settlement obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

What you’ll bring to the role

 

  • Extensive experience in sales roles, with a strong focus on providing superior level of customer service is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of Financial Markets products as well as current knowledge of the Bank’s suite of investment products.
  • Your toolkit includes great written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships alike.
  • You are a team player who is also able to work autonomously, and you have strengths in time management.
  • Qualifications in Securities, Finance, or Business would also be beneficial.
