This role leads enterprise-wide process improvement, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Partnering with senior leadership, it drives strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, compliance and elevate our customer’s experience. With a strong focus on data driven decision making, the role uses insights to streamline operations and manage risk effectively. It champions process governance, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.

The passion plays a critical role in enabling the frontline through smarter more efficient processes. Leading a high performing team, it fosters talent development and promotes an inclusive, future focused workforce. Thought leadership in process architecture and analytics is central to success. Ultimately this role is key to transforming the way the organisation works and to deliver better outcomes for customers, employees and the business.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • You will lead and embed enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency, enhance compliance, and support customer centric outcomes.
  • You will leverage data and analytics to identify process inefficiencies, inform strategic decisions, and optimise the customer experience.
  • You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent process, workforce alignment, and delivery of measurable business value.

This is a Full-time, 6-month, secondment opportunity where we prioritise our people with a hybrid model that currently includes a minimum of 40% per week in a Head Office/Regional Office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated success embedding change, driving innovation and delivering measurable business value.
