Up is part of the Bendigo Bank family and has completely changed the digital banking landscape in Australia.

As the Digital division continues to scale up, an experienced Senior People Partner (SPP) is sought to partner with Xavier Shay, Chief Digital Officer and the leadership team as they embark on this next exciting stage of growth and innovation.

As a member of the new People, Strategy and Capability function, you will report to the Head of Organisation Design and Workforce Partnering, collaborate with experienced SPPs, as well as work hand in hand with the Head of People and Culture at Up.
