As our Loan Services Officer – Retail Discharges will report to the Team Manager and you will assist with the preparation of loan security, ancillary and discharge documentation. You will also maintain the accurate loading of data to all Bank systems, databases and repositories to ensure that we meet agreed settlement time frames.
In this support role, you’ll make your mark by:
- Booking of Discharge/Settlement Requests.
- Preparation of discharge documentation and organisation of discharge settlements.
- Calculation loan payout figures.
- Meet agreed productivity targets and ensure that output statistics are updated for reporting purposes.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with service standards.
- Deliver high quality communication in a professional manner with all related parties both internal and external.
What you’ll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proactive, innovative, and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Someone energetic, enthusiastic, and co-operative.
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes with the ability to prioritise.
- Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail.
- While previous experience in Settlements or PEXA are desirable, it’s not essential.
This is a Full-time, 12 Month Fixed-term contract, based at either our Ipswich (QLD) or Adelaide (SA) locations.
