This is a permanent, full-time position located in Warrandyte.

 

What we are looking for

We’re seeking a skilled and aspirational people leader who is looking to make a difference and grow with us. You’ll be:

What you’ll do

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Board to design and execute local business strategies.
  • Champion a strong risk and compliance culture, ensuring all governance standards are met.
  • Promote the bank within the community and build strategic relationships to drive business development.
  • Deliver operational excellence and maintain financial oversight, including P&L and lending quality.
