This is a pivotal role at the heart of BENs operational evolution. As Business Implementation Lead, you’ll shape, drive and embed high-impact initiatives across our Customer Fulfilment function — making things simpler, faster and better for our customers and teams. You’ll lead critical projects, optimise processes, and collaborate across the Bank to unlock efficiencies and uplift customer experience.

Working closely with senior leaders and delivery partners, you’ll turn strategy into action and improvement into measurable outcomes. This is a role for a strong operator and natural collaborator who thrives in complexity and sees challenge as opportunity. You’ll bring sharp commercial thinking, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to influence across all levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of business initiatives that improve operational efficiency, uplift customer outcomes and align with our broader strategy
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Customer Fulfilment, Risk, Product and Transformation to scope, shape and embed sustainable change
• Identify and drive process improvements, using data and feedback to deliver smarter, faster, and more customer-focused ways of working

To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have:

• A track record of partnering with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that improve processes, service or efficiency
• The ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, even where priorities compete
• Experience leading or contributing to change initiatives, with a focus on improving the customer and partner experience
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and confidence to challenge the status quo where needed
• Great communication skills, with the ability to bring people on the journey and turn ideas into action
• A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity about how we can do things better
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement when it comes to balancing risk, customer and business needs
• Experience using data and insights to measure success and guide decisions
• Knowledge of our systems, processes or customer fulfilment landscape (a bonus but not essential)

We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance, in a local Head Office (see locations here) 

This role is a Full-time, 12 Month Secondment based at any of our head office locations.
