We currently have a secondment opportunity for a Brand Coordinator, offering a brilliant chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in our Brand marketing team. This secondment will run until the end of March 2026 to cover parental leave. We're looking for someone with a foundational marketing background and a passion for brand management. Ideally, you’ll have a solid understanding of campaign coordination, stakeholder management, and project management. You’ll be highly organised, have outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role provides excellent growth potential for your marketing career. Your key responsibilities will be to support our Brand and Retail marketing teams to communicate and distribute campaign assets to drive impactful local area marketing across our branch network. You will also play a key role in ensuring all assets are on-brand and in line with our brand objectives.

 

You'll be joining a close-knit team of subject matter experts (SMEs) who are curious, confident, supportive, and connected. They pride themselves on fostering an environment where everyone’s ideas are valued and are passionate about bringing someone in to grow and develop.

 

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

 

What you'll bring to the role 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Brand
  • Previous experience with brand management and campaign coordination
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Competence with the MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with the Outfit Brand Template Platform will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • A passion for all things brand marketing
