Within the Bank’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BCM) division our Group Marketing team drive business growth through best-in-class marketing strategies with a customer centred approach. The Group Marketing team operates in an agile manner with a dedicated focus on specific portfolio’s aligned to the Group Strategy and business objectives.

We have a new permanent part-time job share opportunity for an experienced Senior Creative Designer to come on board for three days a week. This hands-on role is key to shaping our brand identity. You’ll be working collaboratively with a passionate and creative team to deliver engaging content and campaigns. We're looking for a highly creative and experienced designer to contribute to the development of compelling visual concepts and content across all channels including digital. You’ll be responsible for conceptualising and delivering campaign creative, providing guidance to designers, and presenting ideas to stakeholders across the organisation. Exposure to agile methodologies and ways of working would be desirable, and candidates with agency experience will be highly regarded.

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

What you'll bring to the role 

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design
• Demonstrated previous success as a senior designer within a medium-large organisation
• Proven commercial experience in creative concept development for campaigns and marketing material
• Expert capabilities at translating and developing ideas from a brief
• Passion for creative design coupled with high awareness of design trends and industry best practice
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Mac based design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Animate and Premier Pro
• Working knowledge of MacOS and MS Office suite
