About the role
As Client Relationship Officer (Property Custody) you are part of a high performing established team that resides in the Corporate Trust division of Sandhurst Trustees, responsible for the provision of settlement and custody services for property related funds management products. The position combines custody and investment administration for various property related products to external corporate clients.
Key accountabilities include:
- Provision of a high level of client engagement servicing corporate clients and internal stakeholders in an efficient and professional manager
- Reviewing and execution of property related documents, facilitation of payments of various Trust costs, investments and other liabilities.
- Working with Managers, STL Registry & Property Custody in relation to introduction and establishment of new Corporate Trust clients
- Actioning all processes in relation to investments and settlements in an accurate and timely manner
This opportunity a full-time permanent EA Grade 4 role based at 555 Collins St, Melbourne with a hybrid work arrangement with the expectation you attend the office a minimum 3 days per week.
About you
To be successful you will have:
- Qualifications in Banking, Finance, Business, Securities desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in banking and finance with a knowledge of Property Settlement, Mortgages, Managed Funds or Financial Markets highly desirable
- Knowledge and experience with cash payment systems (online banking or Austraclear)
- Experience in Custody Operations within Funds Management highly desirable
- Sound computer skills with fast and accurate data input ability (Word & Excel).
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of high performing and supportive team.
