The Role

As a member of the IT Client Services section, the IT Consultant ensures that the IT support is provided in accordance with the agreed standards of service by providing technical and organisational leadership to IT Services staff and undertaking:

  • A range of computer, software, network, systems and peripheral device technical support tasks to provide quality ICT infrastructure for the Agency.
  • Specific projects, research, analysis, policy and process development, and client liaison and consultation activities.

Details of Appointment

Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of up to eighteen (18) months. 

Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Classification: Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Level 3

Salary $107,899 - $122,292 per annum (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility

Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

  1. Relevant IT Industry experience 
  2. A degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline

  3. Current Driver’s Licence

Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
