The Role

  • The Tasmanian Community Paediatric Service (TCPS) is a statewide initiative delivering vital outreach clinics across Tasmania, including child and family learning centres and neighbourhood houses. TCPS is transitioning from a fixed-term project to being a permanent service of Paediatric Services South. We are seeking a dedicated Executive and Project Support Officer to play a key role in coordinating the transition from the project phase of this service to ongoing, permanent operations under the Paediatric Services model. As the Executive and Project Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative, program, and project support to Women's and Children's Services Administration, while delivering executive, secretarial, and administrative assistance to staff and leadership.

Details of Appointment

Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible for a period of 3 months.

Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary

$81,915 - $94,263 per annum + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
