The Role

  • This is a varied role, offering you the opportunity to work in a small team, with the responsibility to help and support others as we deliver our service to the community.
  • The Senior Customer Service Officer works closely with Team Leader to ensure that day to day operations of the TasEquip warehouse and office run efficiently and smoothly.  
  • The Senor Customer Service Officer undertakes all tasks and supports the small Customer Service Officer team. The tasks are varied and include Customer Service, health professional liaison, equipment handling and delivery /collection.  The job is varied with no two days the same.

Details of Appointment

 Multiple Fixed term full time & part time, day worker (with on call) positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 31 December 2026.

Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Position Features:

  • TasEquip has some 7-day functions.

  • This role is day work with rotational on call support for the Customer Service Officer working on weekends and public holidays.

Classification: General Stream Band 3 

Salary $73,811 - $79779 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility

Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:

  • Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People. - NDIS

Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

  • Current Driver’s Licence. 

Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
