The Role

•  The role is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development and management of Integrated Care initiatives in Ambulance Tasmania (AT); This includes Secondary Triage, Community Paramedic, Extended Care Paramedic and Mental Health Emergency Response.

Details of Appointment

Fixed term full time, day worker (with on call) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 31 December 2026.

Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Classification: 

Salary $150,796 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging

• Salary range is in accordance with Ambulance Tasmania Agreement 2022.

Eligibility

Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:

• Registered with the Paramedicine Board of Australia.
• Holds a Bachelor of Paramedic Science or other qualification approved by the service and relevant work experience with additional qualification/s in management or equivalent.

Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

• Current Driver’s Licence.

Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
