The Role
This important role will see you working within the Sub-acute Inpatient Rehabilitation team at John L Grove and collaborating closely with the Neuro-Rehabilitation team led by John Cannell. You will be looked toward to provide tailored, goals-based care, helping them to resume and maintain meaningful lives outside of hospital, within the communities that they love. - Assess, plan and implement treatment programs for rehabilitation patients requiring physiotherapy.
- Provide clinical leadership and support for Level 1-2 Physiotherapists, physiotherapy students, Allied Health Assistants, other team members and work experience students.
- Work as an effective member of multidisciplinary teams in achieving client-focused outcomes and in achieving the aims and objectives of the sub-acute service.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 27 July 2026 until 23 July 2027.

Classification
Allied Health Professional, Level 3
Salary
$117,272 - $126,182 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Please note that access to salaries beyond $119,290 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme
- Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025

Eligibility
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
- Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Australian Physiotherapy Association- Titled Physiotherapist (in relevant area)
Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
