The Role:
- Provide high level administrative support, timely preparation, distribution of documents, undertake specific business activities and projects as required in the ED.
- Support and advise senior ED management on business activities, associated with regular reports and performance, statistical information, financial and human resources matters. This includes working with THS data management systems to generate automated reporting on performance measures and ad-hoc data extraction, ensuring that privacy, confidentiality and security of information are maintained.
- Develop and implement effective and efficient administrative systems to support medical staff within the ED, including but not limited to recruitment, staff leave, TOIL, rosters and timesheet management systems.
- Verify, sign and ensure reconciliation of medical staff timesheets and rosters occurs. In collaboration with the ED Administrative Assistant, ensure that medical staff rosters are produced and disseminated within the required timeframe. Liaise with Human Resources in relation to issues surrounding leave analysis and rostering, and provide information, support and advice to relevant stakeholders.

Details of Appointment:
Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 12 February 2027.
Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Classification:
Salary $98,255 - $103,069 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
