The Role
- Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training ensuring all work associated with food production, cleaning and other tasks associated with the Launceston General Hospital (LGH) Production Kitchen is of the highest standard of quality and safety.
- Monitor the performance of team members, ensuring work methods, practices and standards are well understood, implemented, and maintained.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 9 October 2026.

Classification
Salary
$85,196 - $97,915 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025

Relevant Trade Qualification
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

Certificate IV in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, Training and Assessment or similar
