The Role:

  • Undertakes the delivery of quality care to clients of Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS) based on best practice principles and within a collaborative and multi-disciplinary framework. 
  • Provide mental health assessment, support, education and care coordination to clients of OPMHS and their families or carers. 
  • Ensure efficient and effective care of clients
  • Timely completion of documentation and continually striving to ensure KPIs are met

Details of Appointment:

Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 4 September 2026.

Salary:

$117,272 - $126,182 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging

  • Please note that access to salaries beyond $123,487 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
  • Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No. 2 of 2025.

Eligibility:

Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:

  • Satisfactory completion of an appropriate course of study at a recognised tertiary institution and registered with the relevant Board or, in the case of unregulated professions, eligible for membership of the relevant professional association
  • Working with Children Registration (where applicable and as determined by individual position requirements)
  • Current Driver’s Licence

Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
