About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Minor Capital, this eighteen month fixed term contract will be based from our South East Regional Office in Bangholme. As the Area Lead Program Delivery Peninsula & Westernport, you will be responsible for delivering and conducting continuous improvement, and facilitation of, maintenance and minor capital programs, within allocated budgets.

This includes managing and coordinating a catchment portfolio of projects being managed by Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Project Officers with an annual OPEX/CAPEX program of up to $30M in projects.

About You

• Extensive knowledge of, and ability to, supervise internal/external teams delivering civil, grass, strategic fire break, natural resource management maintenance, minor capital programs and projects.
• A relevant tertiary degree (Engineering, Science or similar) with significant industry experience across the areas of asset management, minor capital and maintenance delivery
• Maturity and judgement necessary to contribute to complex decision making
• High energy to take action and drive business results
• Ability to lead change and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
