As the GIS Analyst you’ll be responsible for providing complex spatial solution support across the wider Melbourne Water business groups. This includes delivery of day to day projects involving analysis and visualization of spatial information, driving continuous improvement of current processes, investigating and embedding new technology and providing technical advice to proactively influence quality standards.

We are currently recruiting three Asset Practitioners in Flood Modelling and Mapping (2 x Fixed Term 12 months and 1 x Fixed Term 24 months). Within this role you will be responsible for providing asset practitioner expertise and support in applying best practice asset management to reduce flood risk and improve drainage outcomes across the region via the delivery of timely, accurate, and fit for purpose flood information.
