As a Technical Advisor, you’ll play a vital coaching role in the development of our Chilean maintenance workforce. Your mission will be to guide and mentor, not to be the one fixing every issue, but to help others learn how to do it for themselves. What you’ll do:

• Empowering maintenance teams through training and day-to-day guidance
• Supporting the diagnosis and repair of mining fleet equipment including:
• Cat 793 Trucks
• Liebherr 996/B and Cat 6060 Excavators
• Cat 994H Loaders
• Enhancing the team’s ability to interpret and utilize OEM support systems like Cat SIS and Cummins Insight
• Promoting best practices in welding and structural management of key components
• Leveraging Thiess systems such as JDE for performance tracking and process alignment

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Advanced diagnostic experience with heavy mining equipment (CAT, Liebherr)
• Knowledge of welding and structural integrity in large-scale mining machinery
• Proficiency in OEM systems and Thiess maintenance platforms
• Trainer and Assessor qualifications (preferred but not essential)
