You’ll report to the site-based HR Manager and be supported by a collaborative, capable team.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable juggling priorities, and wants to be part of a down-to-earth, supportive team.

About you
We’re looking for someone with strong admin skills, good judgement, and a calm, professional approach. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a HR support or administration role

  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience using HRIS or business systems (e.g. SAP, Workday) – desirable
  • Experience in mining or heavy industry is highly regarded but not essential – we’re open to capable candidates who are keen to learn and understand site culture

What’s on offer

    • 9-day fortnight roster for site-based roles
    • Monday to Friday + 1 WFH day for Brisbane-based roles

  • Full camp accommodation or local living allowance (Dysart and surrounds)

  • Development and support from a genuinely collaborative HR team
  • Exposure to a large-scale, complex mining operation
  • Real opportunity to contribute, problem-solve, and make a difference
