About the role
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for HR Operations in project and make sure that implementation of corporate HR policies and procedure are worked properly;
- Assist Admin Manager, PM/Deputy PM to plan, lead, organize and control the role of staff HR, Training, Industrial relation, recruitment, Community Development, Security and Transportation
- Identify, conduct training programs, and develop appropriate human resource development programs in conjunction with the training department.
- Make HR reports, reports and liaison with manpower and monthly reports.
- Ensure all employee data up to date and accurate.
- Maintain HR Policy & Procedure accurately.
- Manage the process of performance review (PDR’s)
- Manage the Medical Entitlements and Rehabilitation program.
- Maintain good communication contacts with government - Industrial Relations matters
- Contribute to the ongoing success and achievement of the HR activity and positive team work environmental at all times
- Monitor and evaluate performance of the security provider and its guards as well as advising management regarding security matters
- Maintain close contacts with the Local Government, Manpower Department, Police Officials, BPJS, Army, Government Legislative to get support to solve the all the problem which related with community and employees.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory obligations and Thiess policy.
- Avoid situations resulting in a conflict of interest, bribery or the use of inducements to secure business.
- Provide consultation and advice to all management with respect to Human Resource and Industrial Relation matters.
About you
- Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Management, Law, Economic, Business or Psychology.
- Having experience working in a mining site environment, and familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations are highly desirable
- Have a good understanding/proficient in contemporary HR Management Issues, Employee Legislation, Recruitment methodologies. Human Resource Information systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees at all levels. Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate and English communication skill (written and verbal)
