About The Role
Thiess are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator for a permanent employment opportunity working on our Curragh North project in Blackwater.
Working on a 7/7 day shift roster, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance administration functions in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
You will be required to assist maintenance personnel with the provision of accurate and timely information regarding maintenance activities, enabling improved performance by the maintenance group.
About You
This position is ideally suited to someone who has worked in the mining or an allied industry and has the following skills:
· Administration experience with exposure to a maintenance, mining or heavy industry environment being highly regarded
· Proficiency in JDE or equivalent business procurement system – advantageous
· Experience using Microsoft Office packages
· Time management and the ability to prioritising tasks and meet deadlines
· The ability to work harmoniously with other people of various backgrounds
· Excellent Communication skills – both written and verbal
