What you’ll do

This role will work closely with site administrators and the ERP Implementation Team to identify knowledge gaps, deliver targeted training, and assist with key finance processes during the transition.

You’ll be involved in preparing training materials, supporting AP workflow transactions, managing subcontractor claims, and coordinating logistics for other trainers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with site admin or finance admin experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Analysis and Integration leads to improve on existing training material to improve business readiness
  • Train new JDE admin users and support site teams during hypercare.
  • Assist with AP workflow backlogs, subcontractor claims, and EOM accruals.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for trainers and support cutover/go-live activities.
  • Work with site teams to ensure accurate requisitioning and expense processing.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You are a proactive and collaborative administrator with a background in finance or purchasing, ready to support a high-impact ERP rollout. You bring strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude to help others succeed. Your ability to work independently and manage competing priorities will be key to your success in this role.

  • Certificate in Office Administration or relevant experience; TAFE studies in Accounting or Purchasing desirable.
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or site/finance administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; JDE experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to WA for site-based training.
