About the role

This role is responsible for developing, managing, and prioritizing requirement specifications to support the implementation of digital form solutions such as Nintex, Obzevr, and other low-code/no-code software products. The role ensures alignment with the company’s process automation initiatives and digital transformation strategy.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage requirement specifications to support digital form solutions (e.g., Nintex, Obzervr, low-code/no-code platforms).
• Support the global implementation of digital form solutions across Thiess sites.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, process flow diagrams, and user guides.
• Collaborate with ICT teams, process owners, and end-users to drive digital transformation
• Provide Level 2/3 support for eForm solutions, troubleshooting issues, implementing fixes, where necessary escalate high impact issues and risks for review and/or action
• Monitor and maintain Nintex workflows to ensure reliability and performance, including conduct regular system audits, upgrades, and enhancements.

About you

• Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Minimun 2 years experience with Ms. Power Apps and service now
• Excellent communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Nintex product - on premise, Obzevr, O365, Cloud and Mobile
• Some experience in SQL databse querying
• Experience in mining industries
