About the role
The role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to end users of Thiess’s Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and uphold compliance with industry-specific learning standards and safety regulations. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and user engagement to enhance overall learning effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in users experiencing issues such as login, course access difficulties or user management.
- Configure of locations, positions, and teams for new projects
- Diagnose and resolve issues like content loading errors, broken links, or system performance problems
- Create additional reporting not available for local training teams to generate.
- Offer guidance or tutorials to help users understand how to navigate the LMS, access courses, track progress, and complete assessments.
- Ensure end users (Project Administrators and training teams) are utilising the LMS in line with the approved processes
- Participate in the performance management process, including the creation of performance note in the approved system.

About you
- Studies in Business Administration, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related field are preferred
- Previous LMS Administration experience essential
- Experience with Adult Learning methods is desirable.
- Previous Mining Industry experience is desirable
- Effective time management skills, ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skill in Bahasa and English is essential.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide guidance, advice, and influence where appropriate to achieve desired outcomes.
