The Opportunity

As a Sr. Oracle HCM specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and stability of the Oracle HCM system modules used within the organization. You will work collaboratively with regional leads to ensure the successful implementation and sustainable operation of Oracle HCM across the Global business.

About The Role

This role will also require Strategy/Rollout/implementation/UAT/ of other HR Systems.

The core purpose of the role is to provide SME knowledge and technical support to:

Functional Expertise:

Acting as a subject matter expert for specific Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance, Recruiting, providing guidance to stakeholders and troubleshooting issues.

Support and Maintenance:

Providing ongoing support to users, resolving functional and technical issues, and ensuring the system is running smoothly.

Ability to bring HCM optimization and automation in day-to-day operational tasks/ reports.

Reporting and Analytics:

Developing reports and dashboards using tools like BI Publisher and OTBI to provide insights into HR data.

Required Skills and Experience:

Oracle Cloud HCM experience: Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.

Integration skills: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools to connect Oracle HCM with other systems including. Ablility to understand Integration requirements and prepare integration mapping between HCM and payroll systems

Functional knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.

Communication and collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, document requirements, and work collaboratively with teams including partners (CIMIC/Oracle/WIPRO)

Analytical & Reporting skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations. Hands-on with OTBI reports, ability to use union and create business required custom reports.

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / human resources or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ Years of experience working within a Oracle HCM/ Fusion
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and associated workflows.
  • In-depth work experience of Oracle HCM modules including HR, payroll, talent management, and self-service.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Integration experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Well-developed written and oral communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and support multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise work and effectively communicate updates to stakeholders
