What you’ll do

Reporting to the Lead, Performance & Reward, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to design and embed scalable performance frameworks that drive capability, accountability and high performance.

You will:

  • Design and implement contemporary performance management frameworks and evaluation metrics
  • Lead performance planning processes across function and group levels
  • Embed continuous feedback and more agile performance approaches
  • Leverage workforce data and analytics to inform decision-making
  • Partner with HR teams to deliver annual performance cycles and uplift capability
  • Support leaders to build effective coaching, feedback and development practices
  • Apply design thinking to enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new frameworks and practices

A bit about you

You bring a strong foundation in organisational effectiveness, performance design and program delivery within complex or global environments.

You will have:

  • Experience designing and implementing performance or capability frameworks
  • Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with data and insights
  • Experience delivering programs across global or regional teams
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across diverse environments
  • Experience working within or alongside HR teams and centres of excellence
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, organisational psychology or similar (or equivalent experience)

Exposure to mining, construction or engineering environments will be highly regarded.
