The Opportunity
As a key member of the Indonesia Capability Hub team, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing disposal process of mining assets across regions, ensuring safe, compliant, and commercially effective outcomes through technical evaluation, stakeholder coordination, data driven analysis, and continuous process improvement for diverse heavy equipment fleets.
As an Engineer Plant TS you will:
- Manage disposal process governance and compliance
- Involve with governance documentation and procedures
- Manage administration of ADA workflow and disposal record keeping
- Key contact for Asset Disposal Trackers
- Global consistency for asset disposal processes (where possible)
- Support disposal job management
- Execute disposal strategy and arrangement
- Disposal reporting and data review/ analytics
- Cost control function, commercial impact, and value optimization principles
- Maintain and update global asset disposal trackers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
- Prepare, submit, and track approvals for global Asset Disposal Applications (ADAs), including coordination with internal stakeholders and Legal on release requirements and documentation.
- Monitor electronic Asset Change Management (eACM) forms for global asset disposals, following up as required to ensure progress and compliance (processing occurs regionally).
- Oversight of receipting for incoming cash payments arising from sales:
- Whilst Regional team prepare proforma invoices, this role will be required to oversee global cash payments.
- Raise AR invoice and receipt cash in JDE globally.
- Raise eACM to update disposal status in JDE Asset Master following receipt of cash payments. (JKT Plant Admin will update Asset Master accordingly).
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests and activities aligned with asset disposal and asset management needs, as directed by Group Principal – Disposals.
About you
- Minimum graduate from Bachelor’s degree/Apprentice Graduate
- Working in a corporate office providing administrative services, JDE Skills, Good knowledge of Asset on Mining
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English required as role is global focused).
- Proficiency with MS Office Apps & Power Platform, Visio
- Time Management Skills – Some tasks are time critical
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Experience in the use of JDE ERP systems & Costing process
- A positive, initiative and pro-active attitude
- Strong attention to detail and structured logical thinking
- Broad knowledge of mining equipment and asset management practices
- Good understanding of procedures, governance, and standard operating processes
