About The Role
As our next Mobile Maintenance High Risk Trainer you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
This position is based at Iron Bridge, located 145km from Port Hedland on an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth.
- Permanent full-time role with development and upskilling opportunities

State of the art mine site facilities with two gymnasiums, a women’s only gym, sports, games and daily gym classes. Outdoor swimming pool, basketball/volleyball court, soccer pitch and hiking tracks. In this role, you will;
- Liaise with Supervisors and Superintendents regarding training scheduling on a daily basis
- Communicate training feedback to site personnel
- Verification of competence for high risk tickets
- Follow and adhere to the Authority to Operate / Maintain and VOC processes
- Review procedures and processes that improve performance, job satisfaction and productivity
- Utilising and generating reports from our training database.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards as it relates to mining (or other applicable work areas) are reflected in training objectives.
- Conduct or facilitate safety educational programs relevant to mining and other applicable work areas on-site.
- Identify training needs as it relates to mining and other applicable work areas on-site.
- Conduct, monitor and coordinate training assessments as required.
- Keep accurate records of training activities in prescribed manner.
- Attend own training and development programs as directed.
About You
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Working at Heights and Confine Space Tickets
- Forklift High Risk
- Elevated Work Platform High Risk
- Franna Crane High Risk
- Vehicle Loading Crane ticket
- Dogging/Rigging High Risk
- Demonstrated experience in open pit mining maintenance operations
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
