About the role

Role: Senior Commercial Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Ability to analyse financials statements
• Ability to understand the economics of a mining project
• Knowledge of contractual, legal, commercial and legislative compliance and reporting procedures and processes
• Ability to work effectively as an integral member of a team and foster an environment in which there is a high level of collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Systems approach; strong focus on systems and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Credit Risk analysis (for Counterparty Assessments)
• Mining Investment/Finance analysis (for the Project Feasibility Assessments)
• Experience in mining or related construction industry
• Experience using both legal and financial reporting systems.  ERP experience, JDE preferably is highly regarded.
• Extensive experience using business intelligence tools.
