About the role

Role:  Service Delivery Manager

In this role, you will:

Work Experience 

• Minimum of 12 years of experience, managing operation in the Cloud, Network, NOC, Sharepoint, Service desk.
• • Should have ITIL/ ITSM certification.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with experience in resource management, revenue & profit management, hiring, and billing.
• • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Technical Skills 
• Experience in working with Azure Cloud technologies, services, hosting environments, public, private & hybrid cloud.
• • Experience in working with Network Management or Network operation center and sound knowledge of network architecture, elements and its configurations
• • Experience/ good knowledge of sharepoint administration
• • Experience in working on transition projects specially transition from one service provider to other.
• • Good in planning the work, project.

About you

• BCA/B Tech or Equivalent • bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• • Relevant certifications in project management or data analytics will be an added advantage
