What you’ll do

We're seeking a Senior Finance System Analyst to join our ERP Implementation team, supporting the successful integration of two acquired businesses into our corporate JD Edwards platform. Based in Brisbane or Perth, this is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and systems.

Working as a key member of our ERP migration project, you’ll collaborate with Finance, ERP systems, and business leaders across Thiess, MACA, PYBAR, and CIMIC, applying your financial systems knowledge and process expertise to deliver seamless data migration and implementation.

This is a role where you will be bringing something to the team, whether that’s data migration, financial system analytics, financial process support and or problem solving.

Key Responsibilities may include

  • Lead the data migration stream for General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets and more
  • Coordinate and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a SME across ERP testing, integration and training activities
  • Work collaboratively to ensure a smooth transition from Pronto to JD Edwards
  • Support business change by identifying and implementing best-for-business solutions

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field, along with proven hands-on experience working with ERP finance systems, JD Edwards is desirable. Your strong understanding of core accounting processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay and balance sheet accounting, will be key to navigating and supporting the complexities of financial system integration.

You’ll be proficient in tools such as Excel, Power Query or SQL, with experience managing and analysing large data sets. Familiarity with ERP migrations, financial consolidation tools, and   Financial reporting tools will enable you to support the team as we problem solve solutions as part of the migration. You are a clear and confident communicator, capable of translating technical challenges into practical solutions across a variety of stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong documentation and problem-solving skills round out your ability to contribute effectively to a high-performing, collaborative team.
