What you’ll do 

As our Finance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely financial analysis to support critical decision-making across the business. With responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our financial systems and processes are efficient and insightful. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage and support annual budget and forecasting cycles, consolidating and analysing financial data to align with strategic objectives. Develop financial models and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Reporting Essentials: Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). Create presentations for senior management and generate ad-hoc reports as needed. 

  • Financial Systems: Work with tools such as JDE, OneStream, Reports Now, Power BI, and Excel to develop and maintain robust integrated system solutions while promoting best practices for reporting and process automation. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with regional and business area stakeholders, providing clear financial insights and business support. Act as a trusted partner to help non-finance teams understand performance targets and decision-making. 

  • Training & Governance: Maintain compliance with governance frameworks, develop training content, and provide oversight to ensure effective financial process utilisation. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

We are looking for a motivated team member with the following skills and qualifications: 

  • Education & Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, data science, information systems, or related fields. 

  • CA/CPA qualification (or working toward one). 

  • Experience: 

  • 3+ years in financial planning, analysis, or a related role. 

  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. 

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, OneStream) and tools like Reports Now, Power BI, and advanced Excel. 

  • Skills: 

  • Accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and data analysis. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication to share complex insights with stakeholders. 

  • Ability to build partnerships across departments and drive business outcomes.
