Senior Design Producer

In this Senior Design Producer role, you will
- Schedule and facilitate design reviews and working sessions with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Coordinate and communicate status of design progress across the design chapter
- Provide project support within the design team
- Coordinate cadences within and across design teams
- Support governance across Kanban and status updates
- Support Design Leaders to plan and manage resources, balancing the skills and workload of individuals within the team
- Work with Design Leaders and Product Owners to provide design planning and estimates for projects, ensuring stakeholder expectations for delivery milestones are managed from kick off
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience in similar roles such as Experience Designer (CX/UX/UI), Scrum Master, Product Manager, Project Manager/Coordinator Agile Coach
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful products
- Deep understanding of design principles and processes and human-centered design methodologies
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, size, prioritise, and execute design work within initiatives
- Ability to run agile ceremonies like stand-ups, retros and sprint planning
- Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills to align cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to focus on many tasks at once, attention to detail and move quickly to close off issues that may arise
