Drive excellence in NAB’s Everyday Banking proposition through the development of pricing strategies, frameworks and guidelines to optimise margin across all segments and deliver desired customer outcomes.
Scan and understand external market, customer trends and behaviour and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Adapts and shift approach as required to address internal, external and customer changes.
Provide pricing recommendations and enhance NABs deposit pricing capability to support Personal Everyday Banking strategy and long term, sustained deposit growth.
In addition you will:
- Develop and maintain Personal Everyday Banking Pricing strategy and recommend price settings and changes for approval - working closely with HO Pricing, Business Everyday Banking
- Lead quarterly review processes assessing the effectiveness of pricing strategies in delivering to customer and organisational outcomes
- Support the delivery of financial plan and targets, including strategic initiatives and the realisation of benefits.
- Accountable for Personal Everyday Banking Pricing Governance
- Proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetite and manage non-compliance in a timely and prudent energy.
About You:
- Extensive experience within financial services across Pricing, strategy, Finance, Analytics
- Highly numerical and commercial, with a track record of delivering consistent results in complex businesses
- Develops a long-term strategy that leverages NAB’s key differentiators in the market.
- Advocates cross-functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisions.
