Growing deposits has been identified as a key priority in the Group Strategy Evolution.. The HO Bank of Choice is accountable for driving the development and execution of Personal Banking’s Bank of Choice strategy and developing deep relationships with our customers.
The role:
- Lead and execute the Bank of Choice strategy across Personal Banking
- Use data to identify opportunities to build deeper relationships with customers
- Work across the broader Personal Everyday Banking team to define and embed Bank of Choice opportunities into our experiences
- Work across PB channels to drive the importance of Bank of Choice relationships and to ultimately drive deposits performance growth
In addition you will:
- Develop the Bank of Choice delivery roadmap, based on a prioritised list of initiatives and investments across key journeys to drive Bank of Choice outcomes
- Drive a customer-obsessed culture, enhancing NAB’s deposit propositions to deepen customer relationships
- Deliver to financial plan and targets, including strategic initiatives and the realisation of benefits.
- Proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetite and manage non-compliance in a timely and prudent energy.
- Lead and develop a team that is clear, capable and motivated and drive a customer obsessed culture
About You:
- Previous experience within financial services
- Track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Experience developing, articulating and implementing business strategy that achieves intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer, and employee value
- Speaks clearly about the importance of the customer;
- Develops a long-term strategy that leverages NAB’s key differentiators in the market.
- Highly numerical and commercial
- Advocates cross-functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisions.
