In the role of Senior Consultant Product Owner, Integration Platform, you will join Integration Design and Governance team that’s doubling down on winning together.

 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Product Ownership & Roadmap Management

• Own and manage the platform product roadmap, aligning with business and engineering priorities.
• Collaborate with project teams to distinguish between platform-level features and project-specific needs.
• Prioritise features such as caching, observability, and self-service capabilities based on demand, feasibility, and impact.
• Demonstrate value through incremental delivery and regular sprint reviews.

Compliance & Release Management

• Own the product release lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the bank’s compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPS controls).
• Maintain traceability and documentation for all releases and platform changes.

Technical Collaboration & Platform Design

• Engage deeply with platform engineers to shape platform architecture, usability, and self-service capabilities.
• Participate in design discussions and ensure platform decisions align with long-term strategic goals.

Quality Assurance & Delivery Oversight

• Contribute to code reviews and ensure deliverables meet platform standards and requirements.
• Track commitments vs. delivered outcomes, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
• Own the traceability of features from ideation to production.

Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with the Delivery Manager to plan and schedule work, groom the backlog, and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Ensure platform features are visible, well-documented, and communicated to stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the platform, advocating for its value and ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals.

 

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in enterprise technology environments.
• Strong understanding of platform engineering, DevOps, and integration technologies.
• Experience working with agile teams and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and contribute meaningfully to engineering decisions.
