Consultant, Customer Decisioning (Pega)

- Role can be based out to Melbourne or Sydney
In this role, you will:
- Design contact strategies in partnership with business stakeholders to solve customer and business challenges
- Provide insights on actions to maximise the value for Customers and Business stakeholders
- Deliver quality outcomes that balance effective risk management with speed to market
- Translates business ideas and concepts into always-on, multi-channel Next Best Conversations (NBCs), taking into account even-based triggers and propensity
- Configure new offers, propositions, and treatments, adhering to NAB contact and channel policies in Pega Customer Decision Hub (Customer Brain)
What you will bring:
- Proven experience as a data, campaign, or marketing analyst, preferably in a large complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Decisioning or Marketing Automation tools preferred
- Campaign and/or data management experience coupled with knowledge of SQL preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing functions and campaign lifecycle
- Hands on Pega CDH Experience preferred
