In this Manager role, you will:
- Successfully deploy strategies and process uplift to ensure compliance with the updated NAB Anti-Fraud policy.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the value chain to support Anti-Fraud policy uplift.
- Deliver initiatives to ensure safe and sustainable business outcomes.
- Develop overview of product operational risks and associated controls and work with process owners within Fraud Operations, Customer Divisions and Divisional Controls to enhance control framework.
- Identify and implement improvements across the value chain and provide advice for a variety of diverse tasks and change initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience within compliance, risk management, legal and/or divisional controls.
- Demonstrated experience delivering a significant program or service delivery experience.
- Experience within fraud would be highly advantageous.
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and challenge on all levels.
- Project management skillset and experience.
- Customer obsessed mindset with excellent communication skills.
