In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will

• Develop and manage a hybrid portfolio of broker and proprietary key business banking clients and referral partners
• Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts
• Maintain and enhance your portfolio’s credit risk profile while maximising profitability
• Work with and contribute to a high performing, engaged and collaborative team
• Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio
• Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion

What you’ll bring

• Tenure as a business banking or relationship manager with a well-established footprint in professional services
•  Demonstrable lending expertise and confidence navigating and putting together complex deals
• Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills
• Passionate about business development and credit risk management
• Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services
