As an Analyst FTP Support, you will be joining Technology Corporate Core team within CIO Corporate and Institutional Banking that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
- Be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of OFSAA FTP. The SMEs work directly with Finance and Treasury stakeholders for BAU and Changes activity to the FTP platform.
- Validate the Daily Overnight FTP results and highlight any variances before downstream systems use the data for the BAU processes. This is required to be completed each morning Australia time and therefore it is essential for the candidate to be available every morning to complete the assigned BAU Tasks.
- In case of batch failure, you will analyse the impact on the results, work with the business stake holder to identify the solution and work with the Tech team to fix the defect. This will be required to be performed during Australian business time.
- Ad Hoc activities, including replicating portfolio rebalancing activity, data analysis and process analysis. These activities are required to be performed in the Australian business hours.
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of Oracle Database.
- Ability to write and run SQL commands.
- Good Understanding of Finance/Treasury Operations. CFA/ CPA/ CA qualification is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum/Jira/Rally.
- Understanding of how AWS Cloud works in an IT Landscape.
- Good to have knowledge of Oracle OFSAA FTP engine.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
